Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python for real-time analytics
- Design and implement advanced statistical models to uncover market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for product optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Document methodologies and ensure data quality across all reporting systems
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
