Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to support business decision-making.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and perform statistical analysis.
- Produce regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve data accuracy across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into business insights.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
