In this role, you will be the bridge between our raw data and actionable business strategy. We are looking for someone who not only has technical proficiency but also the communication skills to translate complex numbers into compelling stories for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with department heads to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through rigorous testing and cleaning processes.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Partner with the engineering team to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
