Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business performance.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build and implement statistical models to forecast trends and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries, translating complex data findings into clear, concise business language for non-technical audiences.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to increase data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing), Python or R, and Excel. Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of self-discipline.
