Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through rigorous analysis and modeling.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to define data requirements.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
