Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize KPIs and metrics for stakeholders.
- Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the organization.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
