Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, with a strong preference for remote work experience.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
