Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise, and visually appealing formats.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
