Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- SQL Optimization: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases and optimize existing queries for performance.
- Automated Insights: Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual data entry and improve reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Must have a dedicated home office setup and high-speed internet connection.
