Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure product feature effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy
- Lead analytics projects end-to-end from requirements to implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
