Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and schemas.
- Present complex data findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
- Maintain data pipelines and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
