Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Automate data collection processes to reduce manual errors and increase reporting efficiency.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
