Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our growing remote team. This is a fully remote position based in Tucson, AZ, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to high-impact projects.
In this role, you will serve as a critical partner to our business stakeholders, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. You will drive our data strategy, optimize reporting processes, and ensure our decision-making is backed by rigorous analysis.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Design and develop interactive, self-service dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic planning.
- Create executive-level presentations and detailed reports for management.
- Maintain data governance standards and improve data quality processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote work-from-home environment.
