Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to generate actionable business insights
- Design and automate ETL pipelines for large-scale data integration projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Develop interactive dashboards and real-time reporting systems for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical modeling for optimization campaigns
- Maintain data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of building automated data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
