Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot anomalies to ensure real-time data availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) is mandatory.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
