Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to present insights to stakeholders.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid work setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong command of data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
