Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
