Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- A/B test hypotheses and provide data-driven recommendations for product optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in regression, clustering, and time series analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives for non-technical audiences
- MBA or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
- Experience working in agile development environments
