Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that drive decision-making across the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and improve data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
