Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely reports and executive summaries to support business strategy and operational planning.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and ensure data integrity within our systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. Experience with visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive meaningful conclusions.
