Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within business data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and propose data-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strongly preferred) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven experience working effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data.
