Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines for efficient ETL processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives and visualizations
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Continuously optimize data models and analytical frameworks for enhanced accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions)
- Strong Python skills with libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
