Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and translate business objectives into analytical models.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and support long-term planning.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of business intelligence delivery.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear, compelling visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing and optimizing queries) and Python or R.
- Advanced knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences.
