Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to present data clearly to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data processes and propose solutions to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, pipelines, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
