Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports that inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and optimize existing reporting processes to increase efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and support business planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying, Python or R for scripting, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and data warehouse technologies.
