Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
- Automate reporting processes using ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure
- Mentor junior analysts and best practices documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Proven track record translating data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in remote teams with async collaboration tools
