- Accurately input, verify, and manage complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Maintain 99.8% data accuracy through rigorous validation protocols and quality checks
- Process high-volume transactions with an average of 150+ records daily
- Develop and implement automation scripts using Python and VBA for repetitive tasks
- Collaborate with data analysts to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices and company standards
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional data entry experience with financial datasets
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to minute details
- Relevant certifications in data management (e.g., CDMP) a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
