Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client databases with 99.9% accuracy using proprietary software
- Process high-volume transactions while adhering to strict compliance standards
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Train junior staff on data entry protocols and quality assurance
- Generate weekly performance reports using SQL and Excel
- Implement process improvements to enhance data efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume data entry or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and database software
- Proven ability to type 80+ WPM with zero errors
- Familiarity with HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must reside in Wisconsin for tax purposes
