Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into product features
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and optimize product performance metrics
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a data-driven culture
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related field
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling libraries
- Proven track record of developing ML models for real-world applications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategy
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical/non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent
