Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with development teams to implement infrastructure-as-code best practices
- Ensure security compliance and implement robust monitoring tools (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and Terraform
- Strong proficiency with Linux system administration and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Certification in AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Strong communication skills with remote team collaboration experience
