Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Automate deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Ansible
- Optimize system performance and security through monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers on best practices and cloud architecture
- Collaborate with development teams to implement infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Research and implement emerging DevOps tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and observability practices
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator)
- Proven ability to lead infrastructure migrations in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
