Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Monitor and optimize system performance with Prometheus and Grafana
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis
- Implement security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
- Document infrastructure and processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles
- Expertise in AWS/GCP and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Solutions Architect preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
