Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain Kubernetes clusters on EKS/GKE with 99.99% uptime SLA
- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Optimize cloud costs through FinOps practices and auto-scaling strategies
- Lead incident response with PagerDuty integration and blameless post-mortems
- Develop infrastructure security frameworks compliant with SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Mentor DevOps team members through weekly architecture reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC tools
- Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation
- CI/CD pipeline design using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Proven track record of reducing deployment cycles by 50%+
