Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize system performance and reliability through monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana
- Implement security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance) across cloud environments
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy containerized applications at scale
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure monitoring
- Knowledge of security principles and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
