Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS services (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy)
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead Kubernetes cluster management and container orchestration
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and reliability
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Document system architecture and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud platforms
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code tools
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
