Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and optimize conversion funnels to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing tools
- Manage a $500K+ annual marketing budget with strategic allocation decisions
- Oversee content creation calendar and coordinate with creative team for asset production
- Present monthly performance reports to executive stakeholders with actionable insights
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
