Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- Lead a team of 5+ marketing specialists with quarterly performance reviews and growth planning
- Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to optimize ROI
- Manage $500K+ annual digital advertising budgets with quarterly performance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing
- Present monthly performance dashboards to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns in B2B and B2C markets
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing attribution modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications required
- Strong project management skills with experience using Asana or Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
