Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics to optimize ROI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and email sequences
- Manage $500K+ monthly ad budgets across major platforms
- Create detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with UX designers to improve conversion funnels

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable ROI results
