- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social media channels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize landing pages and email conversion rates
- Manage PPC budgets and bid strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Collaborate with content team to create SEO-optimized blog posts and video scripts
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Mailchimp)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical SEO fundamentals
- Experience managing PPC budgets exceeding $50,000 monthly
