- Manage and optimize complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international business travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, and luxury accommodations.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and instant messages, ensuring critical issues are addressed immediately.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and preparing status reports.
- Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive review with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure seamless information retrieval.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant in a high-profile environment.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Trello, Slack).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
