Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency systems for payment processing and ledger management.
- Lead Technical Roadmaps: Drive the engineering strategy for our 2026 roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies like Web3 and Edge Computing.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols (PCI-DSS, SOC2) to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Code Excellence: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical reviews, and maintain a high standard of code quality and documentation.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and refactor them for modern cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within the Fintech or Payments industry.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Go, Rust, Python, or Java, with a deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, utilizing Kubernetes and Docker for containerization.
- Database Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimization for large datasets.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
