- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of our projects.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Experience with modern state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and CSS preprocessors (Sass, Tailwind).
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team.
