Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, high-performance front-end applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes and mockups into robust code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing coding standards and best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
