What You Will Do
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development lifecycle, bridging the gap between design and implementation. You will lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers, ensuring our codebase is robust, maintainable, and performant.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions for business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js or similar modern frameworks.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, TypeScript, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and RESTful API integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
