Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers in our New York and El Paso offices to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Act as a technical mentor for junior developers within the remote team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and state management libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing time effectively in a remote, flexible environment.
