Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and provide innovative technical solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- US Work Authorization required (No sponsorship available).
