Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers while maintaining clean, documented code
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize application performance and implement security best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor development teams
