Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
