Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable front-end and back-end architecture using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot legacy codebases while implementing modern best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Ensure data security and compliance across all remote platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
