Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives.
